Michael Libous, owner of Michael Libous Cosmetologist, a beauty salon located inside of the Metro Center in downtown Binghamton, tends to Will Shakun's hair during an afternoon appointment on Tuesday. Shakun has been a sturdy customer to Libous' salon for 10 years.
