| Vickie Bly, owner of A New Start Kitty Rescue located in Castille, New York, tends to one of the many cats in the trailer of her cat shelter. Bly and her mother Marcia Eustace agree that running the rescue is emotionally burdensome, but feel obligated to enrich the lives of these needy creatures. |
