Valentine's Day is a day that invites mixed feelings to our population. I have always tried to avoid the day as a whole, whether or not I am hooked on someone special, or living the so-called "single life". This year I wanted to make a change to my own personal perspective. So, I spent a few hours this morning driving around to my friends to drop off a carnation to each one. If anyone deserves to be appreciated, it is the people who I share a special relationship with, whether we see each other every day or just through passing. What brings me happiness is the opportunity to make people smile. I was blessed with seeing five people smile today: Vanessa, Devin, Diana, Manny, and Fai. Thank you for your contagious smiles! My day has already been fulfilled and it is only 12:04pm!
